Workshop - Seamless Sequences Hoop with Artoor V.
The focus of this class will be to introduce and improve sequences. We will emphasize smooth transitions since they are necessary for building any sequence. We will work on mounting, rolling, weaving, and just about any other way you can move in and around the hoop. Students can expect to learn versatile transitions to add to their existing practice.
