Workshop - Pop it & Lock it w/ Debbie White
This workshopor series will break down how to grip and change the top arm in various handspring/Ayesha grips. We will review body alignment and timing for the weightless moment to switch the top arm. Polers can work on any variation, true, cup, twisted, or elbow.
Prerequisites: Two solid Ayesha/handspring grip variations.
