Duration: 2 hours
Focus: Learning five to six edgework pathways and weaving them into a complete choreo
Prerequisites: A solid pirouette and the ability to lift yourself off the ground in a forearm or split grip for at least five seconds
Shoes: 8-inch platform heels are highly recommended for the best range and control (7-inch is doable, but 8-inch makes a huge difference). Open-toe or sandal styles are ideal. Fabric boots allow for more ankle mobility unless you have broken-in pleather ones.

Bio — Tash “Baby Yaga”
Tash “Baby Yaga” is a pole artist and edgework instructor from Los Angeles whose movement blends power, play, and control. She’s been pole dancing for over ten years and has taught internationally, placing in competitions such as Exotic Generation and PSO, and collaborating with some of the industry’s top performers. With no professional dance background, she’s proof that passion and hard work can take you far in this art.
Tash loves edgework for how it builds freedom and creativity. It helped her freestyle and develop a style that keeps evolving, which is what she loves most about pole. Her teaching focuses on helping students find their own movement language and reminding them that pole can grow and change right alongside them.
